In-house AI team training
AI for Teams
A bespoke 3-day in-house programme that helps teams build practical AI confidence, improve everyday productivity and use AI responsibly at work.
Designed for teams who are already experimenting with AI, or who need a clear, safe and structured way to start, the programme combines expert teaching, practical activities, facilitated discussion and applied workflow tasks.
The focus is not on chasing tools. It is on helping people understand where AI can genuinely support their work, how to use it well, and where human judgement still matters.
Format: 3-day in-house programme | Audience: Teams, managers and professionals | Delivery: Practical, hands-on and tailored
Why teams need structured AI training
Many teams are already experimenting with AI, but often in inconsistent, informal or unsupported ways.
Some people are using it confidently. Others are unsure where to start, what is safe, what is appropriate, or how to use AI without compromising quality, confidentiality or human judgement.
That creates a skills and consistency gap. Teams need practical training that helps them understand AI, apply it to real work, and use it responsibly within clear boundaries.
Uneven confidence
Some team members are already experimenting with AI, while others are unsure what to use, how to use it, or whether they are allowed to use it at all.
Unclear productivity value
AI can save time, improve quality and support better workflows, but only when teams know where it fits and how to use it well.
Responsible everyday use
Teams need clear guidance on confidentiality, accuracy, bias, over-reliance, data use and when human judgement is essential.
A 3-day in-house programme for practical AI confidence
The Programme AI for Teams is designed to help people move from ad hoc experimentation to confident, responsible and useful everyday AI application.
The programme combines expert teaching, practical demonstrations, guided activities, facilitated discussion and applied workflow tasks. Participants work with real business examples so they can understand where AI fits, where it does not, and how to use it without losing quality, judgement or trust.
This is not a passive AI awareness session. It is a practical team development programme focused on everyday productivity, workflow improvement, responsible use and shared confidence.
3 days
In-house training delivered over three focused learning days.
Practical
Built around real tasks, workflows, use cases and day-to-day business application.
Responsible
Supports confident AI use with clear attention to quality, confidentiality, accuracy and human judgement.
Inclusive, practical and confidence-building
“Emma’s approach is inclusive, engaging and highly practical, catering to participants at all levels of AI knowledge and from a range of industries, ensuring no one feels out of place.”
—— Gill Harvey, Director, Blue Phoenix Enterprises (UK) Ltd Programme structure
The programme is delivered across three focused days, moving from AI foundations and responsible use, through practical tools and workflows, to team-level application and confidence.
Each day combines expert teaching, practical demonstrations, guided activities and applied tasks so participants can connect AI directly to their own work.
Day 1:
AI foundations, confidence and responsible use
Participants build a clear understanding of what AI is, what it can and cannot do, and how it is already affecting everyday work. The focus is on building confidence, reducing uncertainty and establishing safe, responsible ways to use AI at work.
Key output: A shared understanding of responsible AI use and practical confidence with core AI concepts.
Day 2:
Tools, tasks and everyday productivity
Participants explore where AI can support common workplace tasks, including communication, planning, research, summarising, content creation, analysis and workflow improvement. They identify practical use cases that are relevant to their own roles and teams.
Key output: A practical AI use case map linked to everyday tasks, workflows and productivity opportunities.
Day 3:
AI assistants, workflows and team application
Participants move from one-off prompting into more structured AI use. They explore how to design simple AI assistants, create repeatable workflows and apply AI consistently across team tasks while maintaining quality, judgement and oversight.
Key output: A team AI action plan with practical workflows, responsible-use principles and next steps for implementation.
What teams will leave with
By the end of the programme, participants will have developed practical skills, shared understanding and useful outputs they can apply in their day-to-day work, including:
Greater confidence using AI tools safely and responsibly
A clearer understanding of where AI can support everyday tasks
Practical use cases linked to their own roles and workflows
Simple AI assistants or prompts they can reuse
A shared approach to quality, judgement and human oversight
A practical team action plan for applying AI at work
AI for Teams is designed for organisations that want to build practical AI confidence across their people, without leaving use of AI to individual experimentation or guesswork.
